Growth Hacking focuses specifically on growing your customer and prospect base by focusing on non-traditional marketing (i.e. social media, influencers, viral marketing, client and prospect centric advertising, etc.).
First, select a theme.Perhaps you’ve noticed, most successful Instagram accounts with thousands of legitimate followers focus posting around one theme – adventure travel, food, do it yourself home décor, etc. What is your primary business? What are the challenges keeping your customers up at night? How do your products and/or services solve the challenges?
Second, post regularly.Keeping with your theme, engage your followers on a daily basis. Post relevant content. Remember, it is okay to “recycle” a post every couple of weeks. On average, your followers see one in eight posts.
Third, use content relevant hashtags.Instagram allows a maximum of 30 hashtags per post. Use hashtags that match your content. Create and use #yourcompanyname and #productname or #servicename in every post. Followers can search by a hashtag and see all your content. Consider making a unique hashtag exclusive to your business.
Lastly, use stories.Build follower relationships by posting daily to Instagram stories. Customers and prospects want to know about you. They want to know you understand their pain points and can relate to their business and life.
