This Alignment Plate is made specifically for use together with the Epson C8000 Series printers, and quickly and easily aligns your printer together with your Unwinder. The “puzzle-piece” side of the Plate slides underneath the printer and nestles firmly against the feet of the printer, while the side with the ruler abuts snugly against your Unwinder. Slide your Unwinder forward or backward until the Inner Guide Flange is squarely aligned with the datum point of the printer.
If you are also using an external Rewinder together with your printer, you can use the corresponding Rewinder Alignment Plate as well.
Once set, you never have to think about it again!
