This Alignment Plate is made specifically for use together with the Epson C8000 Series printers, and quickly and easily aligns your printer together with your Rewinder. The “puzzle-piece” side of the Plate slides underneath the printer and nestles firmly against the feet of the printer with the pins inserted into the two holes, while the side with the ruler abuts snugly against your Rewinder. Slide your Rewinder forward or backward until the Inner Guide Flange is squarely aligned with the datum point of the printer.
If you are also using an external Unwinder together with your printer, you can use the corresponding Unwinder Alignment Plate as well
Once set, you never have to think about it again!
